Straight answers
What does it cost?
Nothing to start and nothing monthly. We charge a success fee on a closed transaction, agreed in writing before we begin. Succession readiness work is a fixed fee, credited against a mandate if you go on to sell.
How do you find buyers?
We screen strategic acquirers, regional funds, family offices and diaspora buyers across the Gulf and Europe, then approach a shortlist under NDA. The point is not volume — it is having enough genuine bidders that offers can be compared rather than accepted one at a time.
Will anyone know my business is for sale?
Buyers see an anonymised teaser first and sign an NDA before anything identifying is released. Nothing is listed publicly. You approve the buyer list before a single approach is made.
What size of business do you work with?
AED 5–100M of annual revenue, in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Below that, a marketplace is usually the more sensible route. Above it, you have the attention of the regional banks.
We are not ready to sell. Is it too early to talk?
No — it is the better time. Most owners in this band should spend twelve months on governance, accounts and customer concentration before starting a process. Say so on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether to start now or prepare first.
Can the whole process run in Arabic?
Yes. Teaser, information memorandum, data room index and correspondence are produced in Arabic and English, so no party is working from a translation of the other side's document.
Start with a call, not a contract.
One hour, under NDA, at no cost — selling, buying, or just thinking about it.
